How long does delivery take?
Stock configurations are usually delivered within 1–24 hours. Custom builds take 2–7 business days depending on parts.
Is the hardware truly dedicated to me?
Yes — dedicated means the entire physical machine (CPU, RAM, disks and network port) is yours alone; no neighbors, always predictable performance.
Is the server managed by me or by you?
By default servers are self-managed and you have full control. Optionally add our Managed Services and our team handles setup, hardening, monitoring and backups end-to-end.
What's the minimum term?
Custom builds come with a 3-month commitment (due to dedicated part sourcing); after that you renew month-to-month.
